Lizzie Kate Flip-Its
Flip-Its are a set of designs that come on flip-it-up cards, the same size as the Snippets, and include a teeny charm or button pack for the design. There's one Flip-It for each month of the year.
Each finishes approx 3 1/2 x 3 1/2" on 28ct Lt Mocha Cashel Linen, using Sampler Threads, and features all sorts of small motifs special to that month or holiday. Very charming and quick! |
 
Christmas Rules Double Flip Series
Lizzie Kate's 2010 set of Double Flip designs -- 6 cards of two designs each -- is HERE!
Here's the gigantic combo of all of it stitched together, trimmed with her 'Christmas Rules' at the top. Each Rule is really its own small chart, and can be stitched just by itself. If you want everything as pictured... you'll need all six cards, and the FREEBIE border that will be offered on the LK website. We'll be doing an auto-ship for the rest of the cards... makes it so easy for you to collect the correct combination, as soon as each is released.

Individuals are worked on 28ct Summer Khaki, Group is worked on 32ct Light Mocha Belfast (which tells you that lots of different colors and counts will work for any or all of this! NOTHING is set in stone!) You'll need Weeks Bullfrog (2), Louisiana Hot Sauce (2), Whitewash (2), Garnet, Grasshopper, Hazelnut, Juniper, Mascara, Morris Blue, Peony, and Crescent Colours Finley Gold.

Be Kind to animals, Ride a bike, and Plant a tree... all fun things to do... each small part can be stitched individually, or set into the FREEBIE border design (available on Lizzie Kate's website to print for free), that says, 'Be well, Live Peaceably with the Earth.' Each individual card is embellished with a cute soft yellow miniature flower button... and the border features 4 more matching buttons. So... we have the Flip-It cards, along with the border embellishments, and even extra little flower buttons, if you need them!

Merry Christmas By the Letter!Oh, this is *real cute!* Delivered in that eye-catching shape of 'tall and thin' you'll stitch the letters that spell 'Merry Christmas' along with a phrase that starts with each of those 14 letters. 'My favorite time -- Every year -- Remember and -- Rejoice -- Yuletide comes. Christ is born -- Holy night...that little ditty covers the first 7 letters!!! Offered in Double Flip-It format, there are 8 total cards in the design set, and each comes with pink and red teeny-weeny button embellishments. Stitch everything as one, or split all into small individual ornaments, lots of choices and options! Boo Club!
Lizzie Kate is tempting you to Tricks and Treats... with her 2009 Boo Club set of Flip-its! Scheduled for January release... we get 12 darling Halloween words, each with it's own little pic. Same format as other Double Flips from this past year... you get two words in each small card, with their two tiny brass embellishments, all stitched in delightful oranges, whites, yellows, purple, tomato and green hand-dyeds. As always, stitch each little word by itself, or combine the set into one long piece. OR... Get our Magic By Mona Finishing Kits for each!!! Our Mona is making small Quick 'n Easy Easel Stand-up and Cube Finishing kits for each individual design! If you are familiar with Mona's kits... you'll know that you get all the precut boards, cute backing fabrics, PRE-TIED wired ribbon by (by Ms Mona herself!), perfectly hand-twisted coordinating cording (by Celia), and great instructions to perfect your little pieces. Instead of stitching the whole thing on one long piece of linen... just do the individual words, and make 'em into smaller sit-abouts -- they finish faster! Mona's kits will work if you stitch these on 14, 18, 28, 30, 32 or 36ct!!!! When the time gets closer, you can decide if you want all of one style (easels vs boxes), or you want us to mix 'em up. Cut fabric sizes depend of choice of project -- the long piece's fabric size is figured differently than the 12 individual pieces.
*Mona's Finishing Kits will run $22.00 each. They'll all be a little different, so if you get 12 of them... they won't all be the *same*. They'll all go together and match... all the purples, oranges and blacks... but they'll all be a touch different, so your set will be SO CUTE!

This is giving you over 6 month's notice... in case you don't have that date reserved as *VERY SPECIAL* on your calendar! Just like LK's Living With Charm set of Flip-It designs... Christmas 2008 is a set of 6 cards that each feature 2 'Thoughts & Things' of the Season... along with a tiny brass charm embellishment. Cheerful reminders of the reasons for the upcoming season! You can stitch each thought or thing individually... or you can save them up, and stitch them into one gigantic celebration of our favorite time of the year!  Announcing Lizzie Kate's Double Flips for 2008!
Lizzie Kate's first two sets of 2008 Double Flip-Its are here!!! For this next year, Linda has designed a set of 12 'Words of Wisdom' to live by... her Double Flips Living with Charm! Anyhow, each card comes with two word designs and their corresponding miniature brass charms... all you have to do is stitch them! Each word includes a famous quote by a historic person... ('The way to know life is to LOVE many things...' Vincent Van Gogh. 'The purpose of life is to discover your Gift. The meaning of life is to GIVE it away...'David Viscott.) Different choices here... stitch each individually and either frame it or make a little stand-up, or 'save-up' and stitch all 12 words together in one long piece. The 30ct Weeks Hand-dyed Parchment option is for stitching each word individually. You get enough fabric for all 12. The 32ct Lambswool Linen Piece measures 11 x 30. The first two cards are here -- that means we have the first 4 words. Check it all out, decide what you want to do, and let us know! We will be carrying all the necessary frames and fabrics for any options... and the first shipment of the auto begins TODAY! Very colorful and comforting. I can't really call this 'cute' because the designs promise so much more meaning than that! The little cards are lovely... this is going to be a great series!

Flip-It Bits for 2007
Lizzie Kate's 2007 set of monthly Flip-It designs... these feature relaxed
lettering for the month, and some cute appropriate motifs on
each. Wouldn't they be cute finished as wedges or cube stand-ups? You
could do a different month on each side, and keep turning it as the months
change! This year's embellishments are tiny micro-buttons that add just a
teeny splash of color! Each Bit finishes approx 4-1/2 x 2-1/4 on 28ct
Light Mocha Cashel Linen.

2006 Christmas Club Flip-Its
 This is a delightfully charming set of 12 small ornaments... all offered in individual charts... all finishing the same size... and all reminding us of the many Blessings of Christmas! Each design finishes a petite 2 x 2, and is shown 'framed' in a 'mat' of Weeks Dye Works hand-dyed wool.
A no-sew finishing technique, you can hang these on a small tree, your larger Christmas tree, little drawer pulls where-ever... or on the cute old-fashioned white brush tree from Lizzie Kate! Each design is stitched in bits of overdyed threads, and comes with it's own tiny brass embellishment. Notice the micro-buttons on the wool... we have a pack of those available, as well, so your whole set can look just as cute as these!
