The Four Seasons Bunnies & Bees for Spring, Summer Days, Fall Fox and Winter Wonderland... Judy has designed a set of really cute samplers! Each one features elements of the same size, in the same basic locations. Nothing involved about them, they're colorful and cheerful, and void of rows and rows of alphabet letters! I see the squirrel panel and the B-Spot motif boxes as needlecase covers, and those Christmas trees would make cute, simple ornaments! Each season is offered in a separate leaflet, and each finishes approx 5 x 14 on 32ct. Regular overdyeds and no beads or buttons required!
Articulated Characters by Mosey 'n Me! Oh my gosh... check out this set of darling charms -- each has arms and legs that dangle and swing around -- making them come ALIVE!!! Designed by Frank of Mosey 'n Me, Charland has re-created his talents in these tiny works of art! We've had some of these for a few years... but they deserve a bit of special attention because they are truly exquisite, and darn cute! Perfect in sewing cases, on fun stitched pieces, earrings, a necklace... get creative! The Witch is 1-1/2 inches, has moving arms and legs, even striped leggings! The Snowman is 1-3/8 inches, his arms move, and you can see his charcoal briquette mouth! Uncle Sam (I don't think Frank designed this one) stands 1-3/8 of an inch tall, moving legs and arms, and a big old star on his shirt. Mr Skeleton is amazing! He's 1-3/8 inches, jointed in his stomach. The little bird is just precious... his little legs move... he's only about 7/8 of an inch in size. Quite the fun, little things, I'm sure you can think of a million fun places to use these... or a perfect occasion to give one as a gift! Each is solid sterling, handmade by Charland and her crew!
Merry Motifs A darling little Santa, this single chart can be stitched with Santa only... or the Merry Christmas box below. Do you see that HO on the left-hand side? Then the X, then the 3... that's short for HO HO HO! Santa is approx 50 x 50 -- he'd a only 1-1/2 inches over one on 35ct! Just a cute chart.
The Orange Boards! Ok... so those aren't the real names, but these are on orange fabric... and they're really cute! A new Burl bulletin board by Olde Colonial Designs is available to hold either of these 10 x 4 designs... both are stitched on Cognac/Tobacco 28ct Linen. Although there's positively nothing super special about them... they each have a wonderful appeal, charming little houses, fun clay embellishments, and just "something" that tells you they want to hang on a wall in your house!!! Available as charts... the same board is used for both... just turn it!
A Sparkling 4th! A very festive Uncle Sam originally designed by Mosey 'n Me... Our Diana Payne reworked him using all sorts of fun special threads! He's stitched on 10ct Natural Betsy Ross Linen, and is full of red, white, blue overdyeds, and lots of gold and silver metallic accents! He has Wooly Whites hair from The Thread Gatherer, it really gives his beard texture! He finishes approx 9 x 9," and you'll have no problem finishing him in plenty of time for the 4th! I just think he's the coolest! The Silver Needle's complete kit includes the original pattern, our changes, and all the necessary threads, embellishments, and the fabric!
