Autumn Stitches
This is an awesome collection of a Shaker Sewing Basket, with matching pin cushions, needle cases, fobs, and little stand-ups! Stitched in Autumn colors of DMC flosses on 28ct Lugana, the box top fits the Sudberry House Large Shaker basket. The book contains all the charts for the smalls... as well as 12 MORE charming little ornaments that deal with stitching, autumn and nautical themes! So many charming things in this 37-page book -- you can follow any of the 8 different ways offered to finish things, and create like a mad woman!!! The charts are large and clear, and the pictures in here are stunning. I lost count at 75 different pics of the projects and finishing steps! Anyway, I love the leafy acorn border on the basket top, and some of the 3 x 3 square designs will make the cutest little stand-up cubes and such! Sue has done a lovely job presenting this delightfully charming set! You'll love it!

A Sweet Stitch 'How Sweet The Time To Cross A Stitch!' Oh... this is a pretty stitching set that features the lime green Whitman's Sampler Candy Tin that is available from Russell Stover Candy Co *right now!* (The tin might be the biggest challenge to obtain... they make it in yellow and pink, too, so get whichever you can -- and get two!) Sue Hillis has designed a lid lining piece, a needlecase, biscornu, scissor fob... all sorts of neat little pieces to store inside your pretty Springtime Tin! A soft color palette of pink, green and yellow... Sue has presented everything is a LOVELY spiral-bound 22-page booklet with STUNNING pictures -- I counted 45! -- of *every bit* of the finishing and assembly process for the entire set. You get actual pics for making twisted cord, fob assembly -- out of one piece of fabric, AWESOME, awesome, awesome pics of Biscornu assembly, even tips about proper ironing and stain removal of your stitching! There is a bit of warning information regarding hand-dyed fabrics, and great recommendations about products to use and avoid when cleaning your needlework. Even if you never do the entire thing, the finishing instructions in here are wonderful to refer to on other projects -- the pictures are a delight to use! The whole thing is so delicate and pretty!

Cute Pajamas'Always wear cute pajamas... you never know who you might meet in your dreams!' This is SO sweet! You need to stitch this for any lady -- young or old -- in your life! (including YOU!) Offered as a leaflet with a set of silver-tone slipper charm embellishments, choose any fabric you like (on 28ct its 6-1/2 x 8), and pull out your DMC flosses to stitch the 5 pair of PJs and the bitty bunny slippers!!! I think this speaks of romance... of things that are yet to be... of things that could be... those dreams are the limit!!! Released a couple of years ago... I stumbled across these leaflets in the shop while I was re-arranging, and fell in love with the design all over again!

Pirates CreedWell, this pattern came to my attention, because 'The Thursday Girls' were checking it in, and one of them announced that 'HERE was something to stitch and post for 'The Tuesday Girls!' At which point, all work stopped, and we laughed and laughed! Ok... probably not something you want to stitch and hang at HOME... sends a 'Poor Parental Message'... but at work??? Could this be useful in any way??? Offered as a small leaflet, the pattern comes with a pirates flag charm, and finishes approx 5 x 7 on a 28ct. You might have 'just the perfect place' to hang this... or maybe not... but it is cute, just the same!

First Steps
Aren't these the cutest little shoes??? Can't you picture the little people who wear them??? One of Sue Hillis's newest releases, this leaflet features three different shoe designs stitched 5 different ways. Included is a full alphabet and number set, so you can personalize the shoes of your choice. Each finishes approx 3 x 4 or 5-ish on 28ct, and is stitched with DMC flosses. Change shoe colors if need be... what a darling baby announcement?! You could even get the original shoes bronzed, frame them in a shadow box, and feature this stitching in the box! Moms and Grandmas... get busy!

Yesterday's Child
One of Sue Hillis's newest baby announcement samplers... I'm thinking that Kendal Lene -- the featured baby, who is now 13 years old -- probably doesn't think this piece is as charming as we do! Offered as a leaflet with two baby shoe charm embellishments included, this is full of small baby motifs and pastel color. Finishing approx 6-1/2 x 8-1/2 on 28ct, it's
simply cute!

The Apron Strings Series
Mom, Dad and Baby... here are three designs offered in leaflet format that are full of design details and lots of color! Each finishes approx 6 x 8 on 28ct, and is worked in DMC flosses. I'm not sure you could find a Stay-at-Home-Mom who dresses like this these days... but all the necessary gadgets are there in the diaper bag!

Just DuckySomething cute and simple from Sue Hillis Designs, this is a sweet birth announcement with advice for life! Offered as the leaflet with the baby cup charm, stitch the ducks and water in blue and yellow. You can change the name and advice to pink, in case you are celebrating a girl! Finishing approx 7 x 9 on 14/28 ct... alphabets and numbers are included to personalize for your VIP!

America the BeautifulWe've seen an increased demand for this old-favorite design recently! Originally published in 1985, it's a map of the United states, complete with little pictures that depict each state's famous crops or industry. It measures a whopping 17 x 29" on 14/28 ct.. quite a statement for a wall! It was designed before the days of beads, buttons and charm embellishments... but there are lots of places that sort of thing would be fun on this. Enjoy!

Life and Liberty No finishing difficulties here... this patriotic design by Sue Hillis actually fits directly into an 8 x 10 frame. Stitched on 14 or 28 ct Summer Khaki, or similar, this design comes with its three stars -- in red, white and blue, of course! (Let us know which kind of fabric you'd like -- we think it is much prettier on a 28 ct fabric.) They're also easy motifs to split and use separately.

Uncle Sam's Parade
Oh, I just love this old-fashioned parade of little kids following Uncle Sam! Tricycles, a Radio Flyer, a red wagon and lots of flags and balloons -- everything a good parade always has! Stitched on 28ct linen, it finishes a whopping 10 x 21-1/2 inches...and is stitched with lots and lots of regular DMC floss colors. Just charming... I'll let the picture speak for itself! Available as a single leaflet.

An American's PledgeI can't really add anything else to this sentiment... it's already perfect! Stitched on anything you like, The Pledge Of Allegiance finishes approx 13 x 16 on a 14/28ct fabric. Regular DMC flosses... it has wonderful shading in the flag ribbons... and will be an asset to any room it graces! Available as a single leaflet design.

The Graduate
Full of rich navy, cinnamon, and golds, this is a stunning graduation remembrance -- very classy! Stitched on 28ct, it finishes approx 7 x 8," with an alphabet, with spaces provided for personalization. Included are two antiqued brass charms: a key that sits on top of the books, and a lamp-of-learning to place beside the graduate's name. Available as a leaflet with the charms.

Wedding Day
A simple wedding day remembrance, this is stitched on Natural Linen in the picture, but can be worked on almost any fabric you choose -- maybe something to match the wedding colors? Soft greens and cremes, there are three charms included, a double heart and two wedding bells, that attach to the design. It's been a popular choice for our customers for a number of years, because it looks so nice, yet is easy to stitch and finish in time for the big event!

Sweet Memories for Tokens & Trifles Here is a lovely trio of very Valentin-y treats... all stitched on the cool paper sewing cards by Tokens & Trifles! Designed by Sue Hillis, there are three different sets of designs so far -- Victorian Roses, Easter Bunnies, and this set of Romance! Offered as charts of three coordinating designs, you'll need to purchase the Sewing cards individually for the designs you choose to stitch. The Tokens & Trifles are each packaged with a perforated card -- border and stitching area -- and a solid card that features only the perforated border. The idea is to make gift tags, needle cases, scrapbook decorations, that sort of thing. Each card measures somewhere in the 2 x 2 to 2 x 3 inch range, and are of superb quality. Laser cut... one side is pure white, the other, an antiqued... possibly from the laser 'burns?' Enjoy all the different designs by Sue Hillis!
